• Notify us promptly if a candidate introduced by us is engaged directly or through another agency within 12 months of introduction.

6. Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement of any assignment. For permanent placements, fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. For temporary and contract placements, fees are included in the agreed hourly or daily rate. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
